The Department has already taken a decision to implement the order passed by learned Single Judge and for release of revised pension and gratuity for which the case has already been forwarded to the Accountant General, Haryana. The respondent is also entitled to leave encashment, if any due, as per Rules.
In this view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous with a direction that let the payable dues be released as early as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
