1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) This letters patent appeal is directed against the order dated 24.05.2016 whereby learned Single Judge has dismissed the appellant's writ petition in which he challenged the order of termination of his services as a Driver of Heavy Vehicle. His services were terminated as one of the requisite qualification, namely, 'matriculation certificate' relied upon by the appellant was found to have been issued by an unrecognized self-styled Education Board.

Identical issue arose for consideration of this Court in LPA No.1204 of 2016 (Mahavir Singh and others versus State of Haryana and others), which has since been dismissed on 15.07.2016. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 15.07.2016 passed in the above mentioned LPA, this appeal must also fail and is accordingly Mohinder Kumar Kamboj 2016.08.19 15:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

LPA No.1363 of 2016 (O&M) [2] dismissed.

Since we have decided the appeal on merits, no separate order is required to be passed on the application for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing the appeal.
