This petition has been filed under Section 528 for transferring the investigation in the case FIR No. 240 dated 12.05.2025 under Sections 115,126,3(5) and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sector 58 District Faridabad to the Haryana State Crime Branch or to a Special Investigation Team under the supervision of a Senior IPS Officer of any other district or some other independent agency who can investigate the present matter in a holistic manner and ensure fair and impartial investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police is not investigating the case properly.

State is directed to file the final report within a period of four weeks from today and the petitioner is at liberty to raise/file objections on the report, in case an untraced or cancellation report is filed.
