The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents No.1 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8, not to harass or interfere in the peaceful personal life of the petitioners. 2.

Looking into the facts and circumstances available on record, as well as, the pleadings in the petition, this court does not find any threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners. 3.
