CM-5740-CII-2023 has been filed for seeking withdrawal of the main case, which is fixed for hearing for today itself. Even, liberty has been sought to avail appropriate legal remedy. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has resisted the aforesaid liberty, as he submits that twice the objections were raised by the Registry, with regard to the filing of the revision petition to challenge the judgment dated 13.09.2021.
