RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the notice, dated 14.08.2023, Annexure P-5, passed by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Sri Muktsar Sahib. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
