Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Jasbir Singh alias Jassi in case FIR No. 115 dated 18.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 324, 323, 426, 148 & 149 IPC (Section 308 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that initially FIR was registered under Sections 324, 323, 426, 148 & 149 IPC and subsequently, Section 308 IPC was added on the basis of medical opinion. Learned counsel further contended that the injury attributed to the petitioner is simple one and the main injuries are attributed to his co-accused. As the matter is still under investigation and petitioner is one of the assailants, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to him. As such, present petition stands dismissed.
