This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who was summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C., vide order dated 28th October, 2021, in case FIR No. 82, dated 1st October, 2018, under Sections 302, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Bahav Wala, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 6th December, 2021, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court and furnish his surety bonds. It was further observed that the Trial Court would be at liberty to impose any further conditions to ensure his presence in future. 4.

Learned State counsel is not disputing the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. It is reiterated that as the bail bonds have been accepted, the Trial Court would be at liberty to impose any further reasonable conditions, if so required, for ensuring presence of the petitioner during trial.

Pending miscellaneous application stands disposed of accordingly.
