(Oral) The appellant was admittedly engaged as Data Entry Operator in the office of Director Public Instructions (School Education), Punjab through a service provider, namely, respondent No.7-Corporation. Since there is no direct relationship of master and servant between the appellant and the Education Department, Punjab, that the learned Single Judge has declined his claim for regularization of services. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant. In view of the fact that the appellant is engaged in the office of the Director Public Instructions (School Cadre), Punjab for the last six years or so, in no way establishes that he has been directly engaged. Admittedly, services of the appellant have been provided by respondent No.7 and salary is also being paid to the appellant through respondent No.7.
