RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has received the settled/compromised amount from respondents No.3 to 6 and the same has been paid to LRs of the appellant against receipt, which is taken on record as Mark 'A'.

Learned counsel for respondents No.3 to 6 submits that LRs of Gurcharan Singh auction purchaser have received the vacant peaceful possession of the house in dispute from LRs of deceased appellant Satya Wati and now nothing survives in this appeal. In view of above, appeal is dismissed having rendered infructuous.
