Petitioner - Juma, a senior citizen, aged about 76 years, aggrieved by the behaviour of his son respondent no.4 - Shaffi Mohmmad and daughter-in-law respondent no.4- Jano w/o Shaffi Mohmmad, had statedly, submitted a representation dated 2.11.2021 copy Annexure P-2, addressed to District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur. According to him no action has been taken thereon till date, as such he has been constrained to approach this Court by way of filing the present writ petition, craving for issuance of a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, arrayed as respondent no.2 in the BANITA CHUGH 2021.11.26 12:02 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP No. 24041 of 2021 -2petition, to decide his representation. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the nature of dispute and to avoid unnecessary litigation, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to look into the grievances of the petitioner, as contained in representation dated 2.11.2021 Annexure P-2, submitted by the petitioner, as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A speaking order in that regard be passed, copy of which be sent to the petitioner as per registered AD Post.

It is observed that in case the petitioner still feels dissatisfied after disposal of his representation, then he may approach the Court again in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances.
