Pursuant to orders dated 11.08.2016 and 15.03.2017 of this Court, the respondent authorities have reconsidered the matter and have consequently retired the appellants from services retrospectively from the dates they are alleged to have attained the age of superannuation. Resultantly, the appellants are entitled to the retiral benefits as per rules and subject to the final outcome of the proceedings pending against them. Let the appellants fill up the necessary forms whereupon the pension along with arrears and other benefits be paid to the appellants. The arrears of provisional pension be paid to the appellants along with interest @ 9% per annum since the authorities had earlier acted arbitrarily and in utter Yag Dutt 2017.05.25 15:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
