The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 11.05.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, in case No.CHI-1718-2015 arising out of FIR No.144 dated 12.08.2015, registered under Sections 323, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar, vide which the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person and also praying for quashing of the aforesaid FIR on the basis of compromise.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper prayer and better particulars.
