The impugned order was a common order in three writ petitions. The appeals filed against the same order in two other writ petitions were dismissed by an order and judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 26.11.2014 in LPA No.1904 of 2014 (O&M) titled as Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, Panchkula vs. Jagmal and others. In view thereof, the present appeal is dismissed.
