The impugned order dismisses the petition. The impugned order deals with the penalty imposed. The penalty initially imposed was reduction in rank from EHC to that of Constable. This was reduced to stoppage of one future annual increment with temporary effect. The reduction was inter alia on account of a similar penalty have been imposed upon a co-delinquent. 2.
The learned Judge, therefore, rightly did not interfere with the order. The petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge the entry in his ACRs. 3.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
