Learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 06.08.2025 in pursuance to the order dated 18.07.2025 of this Court, wherein in para 7, it has been clarified that the accused-petitioner has joined the investigation and got recovered a motor cycle used by him in the commission of offence.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
