RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 09.11.2015, vide which allotment in favour of the petitioner qua the property in question of which conveyance deed, dated 13.08.2008, Annexure P-1, had been executed in favour of the petitioner, is alleged to have been cancelled. It is further prayed to quash the Rapat No.180, dated 05.01.2016, Annexure P-5, whereby allotment in favour of the petitioner is alleged to have been cancelled.
It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-6, was filed by the petitioner before respondent Nos.1 and 2, on 24.08.2023, but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e. Secretary to Government, Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, Punjab, to decide the representation, dated 24.08.2023, Annexure P-6, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
