Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 15.11.2023 Vigilance Bureau Range Jalandhar 384, 420, 120-B IPC and 7, 7-A, 12 of PC Act, 1988 Seeking cancellaƟon of anƟcipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 in the FIR capƟoned above, the complainant has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439(2) CrPC, 1973.

Complainant as well as respondent No.2 accused are present in Court. There was a brief interacƟon of the complainant and the accused along with their counsel. Although the accused has denied giving threat to the complainant, but the complainant submits that he has received the threats from the accused-respondent No.2.

Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 undertakes that he will not give any threat to the complainant, behave in decent and respecƞul manner and will not abuse or inƟmidate him or contact his family members.
