*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that earlier a draft amounting to `1,50,000/- was handed over to learned counsel for the appellant on the last date of hearing i.e., 09.03.2017 and as per undertaking, remaining two equal installments by way of cheques of `1,50,000/- each have been handed over to learned counsel for the appellant and the same have been accepted. Photocopies thereof have been placed on record. In view of compromise arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for the appellant does not want to pursue this appeal. Disposed of accordingly.
