*** As per office report, counsel for the appellants has been duly informed despite that there is no representation for the appellants. As has been incorporated in the order dated 10.11.2017, this appeal was dismissed earlier for non-prosecution vide order dated 9.5.2014 though on an application having been filed it was restored. Again vide order dated 27.1.2015, an order was passed that in case process fee was not filed within a period of three weeks the appeal would be deemed to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

There was no representation for the appellants on 10.11.2017. Under the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (H.S.
