The appellant is a Medical Officer, Radiologist in the Health Department, Haryana. She has been transferred from Rohtak to Faridabad against which she filed the writ petition but learned Single Judge has dismissed it with liberty to her to approach the State Government. The appellant is stated to have made representation to the State Government on 22.07.2016 (Annexure P4). She alleges that the work of Radiologist in the Civil Hospital at Faridabad has been out-sourced to a private agency and she is compelled to sit idle and no new Radiologist has been posted at Rohtak in her place Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that since transfer is an incidence of service, it may not be expedient Meenu 2016.08.27 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
