Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present appeal be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 09.05.2025 which is signed by all the parties concerned. Pursuant to the order dated 23.07.2025, statements of the parties to this effect have also been recorded before the Mediation and Conciliation Center at District Courts, Faridkot. Report dated 11.08.2025 of the Mediator has also been received. 2.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 23.07.2025 arrived at between the parties, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise dated 23.07.2025 (Ex.C-1) be made a part of the decree-sheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly.
