(Oral) Counsel for the appellants submits that the learned Single Judge has declined to interfere with the impugned orders only on the premise that the value of the land purchased by the appellants as per the "Collector Rate" was Rs.20-22 lacs per acre. He submits that the "Collector Rate" notified on the date of execution of the agreement or the sale deed was Rs.10 lacs per acre only. He thus submits that in view of above-stated inadvertent factual mistake, he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to firstly approach the learned Single Judge.
Ordered accordingly.
If the appellants move an application within two weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order,
