S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral):

The appellant has challenged an order of the learned single Judge allowing the respondent's petition against the order of the labour court. The learned Judge enhanced the compensation of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.4 lacs together with interest at 7% per annum from the date of termination till realisation. 2.

The learned Judge recorded that there was no representation on behalf of the respondent. The appellant now seeks to introduce further material before this court. The appellant states that it has reasonable grounds for not having remained present when the impugned order was passed. The appellant must, in the first instance, make an application to the learned single Judge for setting aside the order and, if necessary, to seek interim orders in such application. 3.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
