**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 01.09.2023, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for quashing of the order dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure P3) passed by the Trial Court/Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagadhari whereby the bail granted to the petitioners in FIR No. 163 dated 28.03.2011 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 120-B, 323, 420, 427, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 506 IPC at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, titled as "State vs. Ravinder etc.", had been cancelled and the bail bonds and surety bonds had been ordered to be forfeited to the State. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had intimated his counsel at the Trial Court to move an application for exemption on his behalf but the same was not done, leading to the passing of the impugned order. He states that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

Notice of motion for 07.11.2023.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Institute for the Blind, Sector 26, Chandigarh, he shall be admitted KUSUM 2023.11.08 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, CHD to interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

CRM-M-43532-2023 -22023:PHHC: 141894 The learned counsel for the petitioner shall produce the receipt regarding deposit of Rs.25,000/- with the aforesaid Institute as well as copy of the order granting interim bail to the petitioner on the next date of hearing."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the afore-mentioned order, petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has been released on interim bail. He has also deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/-. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from Trial without sufficient cause.

Disposed of.
