The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.05.2023 whereby the preliminary issue regarding relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties was decided by the learned Rent Controller.

As per the e-Court website of the District Court, Gurugram, the main case i.e. CIS No.RP/21/2020 titled as Sanjay Kumar Nasa vs. Ramesh Kumar Chawla etc. already stands disposed off and the petitioner herein was directed to vacate the property within one month, failing which, liberty was granted to the respondent herein to get the same vacated in due course of law with the assistance of the Court. In view thereof, the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous.
