This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all petitioners except petitioner No. 1 have secured requisite educational qualification from Kurukshetra University. Therefore in view of decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Devender Bhaskar and others versus State of Haryana and others 2022 (1) SCT 51, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this writ petition at this stage, with liberty to petitioner No. 1 as of now to file afresh on the same cause of action.

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner No. 1 as prayed for.
