The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 06.05.2022, registered under Sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act (Section 27-A of NDPS Act and added Sections 24, 54, 59 of Arms Act added later on), at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, Amritsar, District Intelligence Wing. 2.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 3 months and 8 days and is involved in one more case under the NDPS Act.
