ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral):

CM-3933-C-2022 Pursuant to order dated 12.07.2022, the parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and got their statements recorded. As per the report of the Mediator, the parties have voluntarily entered into a compromise dated 16.05.2022.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and with the consent of the learned counsel the main case is taken up for final disposal. RSA-1438-2021 The matter stands compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the order dated 12.07.2022 the parties had appeared before the Mediation and PARKASH CHAND 2022.08.25 12:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

RSA-1438-2021 -2Conciliation Centre of this Court and got their statements recorded to the effect that the compromise dated 16.05.2022 has been entered into between the parties voluntarily and that they have no objection if the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 16.05.2022, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise be made a part of the decree-sheet. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
