This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 1 to 3 to get the investigation of FIR No. 074 dated 17.04.2022, FIR No. 0283 dated 26.11.2023, FIR No. 0137 dated 17.08.2024, FIR No. 0196 dated 01.09.2024 and FIR NO. 0104 dated 10.04.2025 from some independent agency or after constituting a Special Investigation Team (SIT) as the petitioner has been implicated in all the above stated cases falsely by local police i.e. respondent No.6 with a further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent No.s 4 to 6 and to call status report of the action taken by respondent No. 2 and 3 on the application dated 08.07.2025 moved by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 08.07.2025 Annexure P-6 Renu Rawat 2025.07.24 18.19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-39428-2025 to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 08.07.2025 Annexure P-6 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
