HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking directions to the respondents to pay compensation regarding delay in execution of development works and also for having installed an illegal weigh bridge in front of his shop due to which he incurred huge financial loss. Instant writ petition involves disputed questions of facts. The amount of compensation as claimed by the petitioner cannot be fixed/quantified by this Court.

Without in any way opining on the claims of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail of his remedy in any other appropriate proceedings.
