Petitioners filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to entrust the investigation of FIR No.313 dated 10.10.2022, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station PGIMS Rohtak (Annexure P-1) to an independent agency. 2.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from ASI Yashbir submits that the grievance raised by the petitioners has been substantially redressed and the Investigating Agency has already filed its report before the jurisdictional Court on 18.10.2024, therefore the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
