(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal as the matter has been compromised between the parties as a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed before the trial Court for grant of decree of divorce by way of mutual consent. It is submitted that the statement at the first motion stage has also been recorded.

In view thereof, the present appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
