Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 01.09.2021 passed by the learned Executing Court whereby the third-party objections under Order XXI Rule 58 CPC were dismissed. 2.

The impugned order dismissing third party objections under Order XXI Rule 58 CPC is an appealable order. Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. He, however, prays that the interim protection be continued to enable him to file an appeal. 3.
