Present:Mr.IPS Doabia, Advocate, for the appellants. -.- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) No sooner learned counsel for the appellants placed reliance upon a public notice dated 21.09.1998 (Annexure P-8), we asked him as to why the same was not relied upon before the learned Single Judge.

Learned counsel explains that the appellants remained unrepresented before the learned Single Judge for the reasons beyond their control. He further submits that since the cause of non-appearance has not been brought on record before the learned Single Judge, he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal at this stage with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge. Ordered accordingly.
