**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) Both the parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective counsel. With the intervention of the learned counsel for the parties this long standing dispute between nephew and uncle has been settled. It has been agreed that the appellant will pay a sum of Rs. 70,000/- to the respondent No. 1 on or before 11.5.2018 in full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent No.1 for a share in the electricity connection No. KT-59 in the land which is in the possession of the appellant. It is further clarified that in case the payment is not made to the respondent No.1 by that time the appellant would be liable to pay further interest @ 1% per month.

The appeal stands allowed in the above terms. Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
