***** ARUN MONGA, J,(ORAL) RA-CW-229-2022 Present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC and Order 47 Rule 1 CPC for review/recalling of order dated 24.08.2022, passed in the accompanying petition.

Being not opposed and for the reasons stated in the review application, same is allowed and CWP-1423-2017 is restored to its original number. CWP-1423-2017 Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner for vacation period and also to pay regular pay scales to the petitioner w.e.f. the date of his initial appointment.

This Court was inclined to list as per roster but both learned counsel are ad idem that nothing survives in this petition and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
