(Oral) The challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal filed under Clause X of the Letters Patent is to the order dated 05th August, 2016, passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 14198 of 2016, titled as, "Ishaan Nijjar and another Vs. PEC University of Technology and others".

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellants, who are students, are completing their courses. Accordingly, it was stated that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
