(ORAL) Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for issuing direction to respondent No.2, to adjust as an extension lecturer in respondent Nos.3 to 20 (Colleges) and/or petitioner may be adjusted as per workload in other colleges, as per letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) or join in any of the respondents-colleges, where the posts of regular/extension lecturer in the subject of Mathematics are lying vacant. In this regard, has submitted application/representation dated 19.08.2019 (Annexure P-3), but no decision has been taken so far.

Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the application/representation dated 19.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) and pass a speaking order thereon, after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing
