The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 27.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the District Judge, Hoshiarpur whereby the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.102 of 2022 filed by the petitioners was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Dasuya, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being Civil Suit No.225 of 2022 pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dasuya has already been dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 16.12.2024 and hence instant revision petition stands rendered infructuous. 3.
