Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the claimants had also filed an appeal i.e. FAO-568-2018 and in the said appeal, after hearing the counsel for the Insurance Company, the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.03.2019 was pleased to award an additional compensation of 2,75,255/- along with interest. ₹ 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the same, the present appeal be disposed of but liberty be granted to the appellant to revive the same in case any cause survives. 3.

In view of the same, the present appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
