***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.117 dated 18.07.2023, registered under Section 21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station, Gharinda, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same. 3.

Learned State counsel as per his instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed.
