Dated Police Station Sections 04.10.2021 Shahzadpur, District Ambala 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act read with Sections 148, 149, 285, 323, 447, 506 IPC Aggrieved by improper, biased, and unfair investigation, the aggrieved person has come up before this court seeking appropriate directions. On Feb 25, 2022, the private respondents' counsel informed this court that FIR had already been registered, rendering the matter infructuous. The petitioner filed a counter and re-iterated the allegations. A perusal of the petition and the counter reveals that all the allegations are either based on suspicion or there is no corroboration. Be that as it may, it is the right of every aggrieved person in our country to seek and expect a fair and impartial investigation.

Given this, let the concerned SP, the 4th respondent, to either herself or by authorizing any ASP/DySP to look into the quality of investigation in the light of the petitioner's allegations and take appropriate steps, if so required. The said exercise must be completed expeditiously. In the case of non-redressal liberty reserved to the petitioner to take all legal remedies following the law. Petition disposed of.
