LPA-1643-2016 (O&M) -2apprehending that decision of the learned Single Judge may not affect the issues raised by her in the above-state CWP No.24214 of 2011. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
Since CWP No.24214 of 2011 was not listed before the learned Single Judge and was not a part of the bunch decided vide order under appeal, it is clarified that the said writ petition of the appellant shall be decided as per its own merits.
