(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to remove respondent No.4- Ramdhan (Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Village Raksera,Tehsil Samalkha, District Panipat) as he is alleged to be in illegal occupation of the Panchayat land.

On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Kapil Bansal, DAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent/State. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that an eviction petition has been filed against respondent No.4, which is pending consideration before the authorities under the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961. He further submits that upon the final conclusion of the eviction proceedings, necessary action (if called for) would be taken. 4.
