Mr. Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala, Addl., A.G., Punjab. **** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 14.02.2023, learned State counsel submitted before the Court that one security personnel has been allocated to the petitioner on the basis of his threat perception. The provision for providing security is however, subject to periodical review by the competent authority from time to time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and that of respondent No.5 were ad idem that the petitioner has no adverse claim against the respondent No.5 and on the basis of consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the PRINCE SAINI 2023.03.24 18.39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRWP No.9473 of 2022(O&M)     petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent No.5, the name of respondent No.5 was deleted from the array of the proceedings.

Vide CRM-W No.408 of 2023, the applicant/petitioner seeks to bring on record alleged subsequent misconduct on behalf of the respondent No.5 and seeks to get him impleaded under Section 482 Cr.P.C read with Order 1 Rule 10 CPC in CRM-M No.407 of 2023.

The inter se dispute between the petitioner and his brother/respondent No.5 can appropriately be dealt with in some different proceedings for which the petitioner, if so advised, may avail his legal remedies in accordance with law. However, the issue as regards the provision of one security personnel to the petitioner shall remain intact till periodical review by the competent authority in due course.

Learned State counsel undertakes to supply the copy of order, vide which one security personnel has been allocated to the petitioner on the basis of his threat perception within two days.

Disposed of.
