RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the respondent states that compromise has been effected between the parties. Demand draft of `6 lakh dated 10.11.2021 has been given to the appellant and a criminal case initiated by the father of the respondent is yet to be withdrawn. Both the parties have agreed that respondent will withdraw the case within one month from today. Since the compromise has been effected between the parties, this appeal is being withdrawn.
