The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

Vide order dated 11.09.2023, the petitioner was granted interim bail subject to complying with some conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that they have voluntarily complied with all the conditions of previous order dated 11.09.2023 and handed over one copy to ASI Narinder Pal and other copy they will send to Department. 5.

Counsel for the State, on instructions does not dispute the contention made by counsel for the petitioner, however opposes the bail. 6.

Since the amount alleged is only Rs.7,000/- and considering the petitioner's custody, the interim order dated 11.09.2023 is made absolute. 7.

Petition is allowed in the terms mentioned above. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
