JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sahhita, 2023 is for quashing of the FIR No.52 dated 13.05.2015 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Division No.4, Jalandhar City. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that pursuant to filing of the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. an application for discharge was moved, which came to be dismissed. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order whereby their discharge application has been dismissed.
