He states that pursuant to the order dated 23.02.2015, passed by this Court in LPA Nos.284, 285, 286 and 287 of 2015, Review Applications have already been filed before the learned Single Judge. He submits that in the instant case also, the appellant-Board wants to file the Review application in terms of the permission already granted by this Court. Having heard the Officer of the appellant-Board and keeping in view the fact that similar appeals have already been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 23.02.2015, the instant appeal is also disposed of in the same terms. Resultantly, the appellant shall be at liberty to file a

LPA No.406 of 2015 (O&M) [2] Review application before the learned Single Judge, in terms of the order dated 23.02.2015, cited above.
